Our large, fully equipped on-site digital photography studio means we can get the shots you need at a moments notice. Our retouching department is constantly busy, it’s four highly skilled retouchers increasingly challenged to produce creative solutions in an ever demanding sophisticated market. Projects are varied, from straight forward colour correction and balancing, to complex comping and image manipulation.

It is quite common for us to take a car shot in a studio and comp it onto a dirt road and make it look like its travelling at top speed through the Amazon rain forrest. Our digital photoraphy studio often shoots specific objects and elements to be comped into a project, our artwork department contributes to a number of final comps, supplying graphic elements and devices at optimised angles for the retoucher to place within the files.

The growing sophistication of retouching allows our clients to make the most of what they have available, often re-purposing old originals into new final images. It has helped dramtically to reduce the costs of the initial photoshoot, as any location can be be comped into a background, in fact whole landscapes can be created and re-created, without the need to ever leave our studio.
